Bull Bay Magnolia
The white magnolia blooms with huge open flowers in early summer. Cream-white and fragrant they reach up to 30cm wide. While the tree takes up to 7 years to flower its evergreen foliage is an attraction in itself.

Mulberry - Dwarf Black
Pruning after fruiting allows this delicious mulberry to be kept under 3 meters, and also encourages multiple cropping throughout the summer. It is best to pick the fruit when ripe, as it doesn't ripen further off the tree. A benefit of a mulberry tree is that the fruit ripens over an extended period of time unlike other fruit that often ripens all at once. Very low chill so can be grown successfully throughout subtropical regions.

Orange - Cara Cara
This variety was discovered in Venezuela in 1976. It is smaller than many other navel selections but has pink flesh similar to Star Ruby grapefruit. In South Africa it matures slightly earlier than Washington navel. Although Cara Cara has yet to be evaluated fully under Australian conditions there is considerable interest in it locally.
