An amazing species from the Amazon basin where it occurs in fertile swampy areas of the forest. Acai is a very beautiful and productive palm, the fruits are used in drinks, ice creams, sorbets, smoothies and other tasty delights. Seed selected from a Dwarf commercial form called BRS-Para that was developed by the Brazilian government.
