Apples - cross pollination

    0 responses

Jolyon starts with ...
I am looking to plant two dwarf apples, with my preference being the pinkabelle. This species is cross pollination beneficial. Can anyone give me an idea of how much more fruit would be produced as a result of planting a cross pollinator as opposed to planting two of the same variety? Would this be in the order of 20% more? double?

Many thanks in advance.
