I love eating feijoas and hence would like to grow a good eating variety in pots, either side of a lemon tree. Which variety/ varieties would you recommend? Would I need 2 different species ?
I was thinking a grafted Duffy and grafted Unique. Would the Duffy grow too big? Should I instead plant 2 Uniques? When will they be available

I would get the Unique, it is smaller and so better suited to pot culture. It is also self-fertile and should set fruit by itself, although hand-pollinating will increase fruit set.
