I would go for the best two they do a lot better with pollination. The varieties depend on were you are located. If your in a colder area like the Dandenongs, the standard high chill ones like avalible from Daley,s at the moment would be good. If you are in a warmer costal area it could be worth considering the lower chill variertys for better fruit set see them here http://www.daleysfruit.com.au/Nuts/chestnut.htm
