Both my mother and I got a tree October and they were covered in flowers but neither has set fruit. Mum lives in South Guildford , on the river flats , and has her tree in a pot with portulacas around the bottom which have been full of fruit. It has been feed every 3-4 weeks with either sulphate of potash, blood and bone, seasol, seagamus. I live in the hills at mount helena and have my tree in the ground. It has been fertilised twice with sulphate of potash and mineral dust and blood and bone. Both trees look healthy and have flowered copiously for 5 months and still have buds and flowers. What are we doing wrong.
