Hi, I was at Bunnings in South Mackay the other day, all their Avocado trees were priced at $56.61 each!
Boy they certainly know how to charge! I never bought any :-)

They can be a bit more cost effective if you can find some tube sized ones. I once brought a $45 avo bag sized only to have it dead within a month but the $20ish tube one brought at the same time is doing quiet well.

It may be one off but i am inclined to go for the cheaper option.

Hi ivepeters, No, it has 'gone to God' as the saying goes :-(
Not only did the wind blow it over, the roots appear to have rotted? Too wet?

Please remember me when yours starts fruiting, as I'd really like a few seeds :-)

Thank you ivepeters, much appreciated :-)

I won't be planting any near the old dead tree, for some reason, it seems a bit wet?
