jakfruit etiquette says... Hi KTDC13011, If you grew 2 kinds of cucumber close to each other, and saved seed, it would be possible to cross. If you grew seed from someone/seed pkt it could have crossed. It could also be a mislabeled variety, if from a seed pkt. Its also possible its not crossed, as varieties can spontaneously change/mutate. If you have enough fruit, I would let some mature for seed, and try some to see how you think it compares to the otiginal. Some of the bigger round cukes have nice thick flesh and store well after harvest.
