davewastech starts with ... I am considering to plant a curry tree (Murraya koenigii) in Sydney because I like its taste in cooking. I have two questions: 1/ What growth rate can I expect (in Sydney). Especially how many years to go from a tiny plant to 2m tall. 2/ Does this tree or its flowers have a strong smell when growing in the garden? (Of course I know it smells when you cut it, I just want to check that the tree isn't permanently malodourous) Thanks for all replies.
