My Golden Penda is now 8 years old. It is over 4m tall and shrub like. I have never pruned it. It flowered when it was about 2 years old but never again !! Has anyone got any tips on what I should do to get it flowering ?

My guess is to not water it very much and fertilise with a high K (potassium) fertiliser. I have seen these flowering while in a pot so they may flower better if constricted somewhat, only a guess.
