Diana says... Hi Truly, Carolina Black Rose is the best for disease resistance, and it tastes nice (although maybe not as wonderful as muscatels etc, that don't do well here). truly starts with ... Can anyone please suggest a suitable variety of table grape to grow over a pergola in the Brisbane / Gold Coast region ? failing that a wine grape , we are hoping to have a lovely dappled shaded area to sit ,with the bonus of beautiful fruit and foliage rather than the usual shade sail set up !
