LostOlive starts with ... Hi. I am very lost on this. If someone could help me identify this type of olive tree it would really be helpful. I have about 200 of these on some land recently purchased in California and I am not certain what to do with them. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You in advance for any help. | About the Author LostOlive unknown 19th August 2016 4:16am #UserID: 14421 Posts: 3 View All LostOlive's Edible Fruit Trees |
allybanana says... Pictures would help and are they mature and fruiting well, but my best advice would be to find other olive growers in your region and ask them for advice their is probably some regional olive growing group that support each other. I find volunteering to help others pick olives is great socially and informative. Also ask the previous owners the varieties and perhaps there is a planting map somewhere. Olives are generally relatively low maintenance compared with other fruit trees but they will still need pruning and other care.
