Hi everyone,
After i got rid of my lawn, there are a few unknown plants/weeds that growing in my garden atm. Could you please help me identify them. Below are the pictures of one of them. This unknown plant is beautiful, grow less than 10cm high. If it is not too invasive, I like to let it grow in the garden as ground cover. That's why I hope to learn more about it

Thanks

This weed in my opinion is the scrambling speedwell, Veronica persica. Although not really a noxious weed, it would be hard to manage without other weeds wanting to join in, and could result in a minor management dilemma somewhere along the line. It is not as if it would be doing any real good such as you would get from legumes or other friendly useful plants. One choice such as clover would greatly eliminate other contenders and be easy to manage. Some time ago I tried to establish a cover of another weed called Prunella vulgaris and eventually had to abandon it as it started seedlings everywhere else and I had to work hard to remove it.
