Jaboticaba leaf curl

    2 responses

My 3 yr old jaboticaba has severe leaf curl on all new leaves' causing them to dry and fall off. I think I can see a tiny white bug (with legs) inside the curled leaf. Has anyone seen this and know how to treat?

Thanks Mark. I'll try the insecticide but the leaf curl bug doesn't look like a caterpillar. Under a macro lens it clearly has 6 legs, waving up at me! I'll pull off and squish, too, but there would be 100s.
