Getting fruit to ripen can be a problem with Jakfruits in cooler climates. It would be interesting to get some success stories with the furtherest south Jakfruits have been successfull. We have fruited and ripened Jaks at Kyogle. Black Gold has been stated to grow well in cooler climates, but that is all relative.
