Langsat tree

I had planted this langsat tree for about over 7 years and still it have no fruit. It is too early for fruit? It there anything that I can boost up for fruit?

Langsat trees, like most true tropicals, take a long time to mature. Anywhere between 7-15 years depending on a multitude of variables. You need to be patient. But you're in Sydney so it may never produce. Goodluck.
