I recently purchased the Little Kurrajong MT pot. I was wondering what the difference was compared to the grafted variety.

Hi Theo, Grafted varieties will flower much quicker and will have the same flower colour as the parent. Seedling trees take about 5 years to mature to flowering and there will be variation in the colour of the flowers. Seedlings tend to be hardier and more vigorous than grafted tree so they can be easier to grow. They are a beautiful tree, I have grown lots from seeds and they have all done well for me.
