rockdoc1 starts with ... Had the pleasure of talking to one of your gentlemen a month or two ago and he was interested to see what is happening to many of my mango trees. In short, some of the mango trees have been totally ringbarked up to about 40cm but there are about 6 that have had their bark completely stripped to about 8 ft and are now dying. Tried protecting the trunk with wire but something still stripped the bark. Some of the bark lies on the ground but the majority appears to have been eaten. The bark has long strips hanging off it. Maybe the photos will help. Any advice is appreciated
