Mango trees need a fair bit of water. Are you watering this tree? They also need the inside branches pruned to allow air to circulate. I had one growing in a front lawn in a house I rented once. It looked like death when I arrived. I fed it, sprayed it, pruned the inside branches, and gave it a lot of water. These trees don't mind a lawn under them but not huge weeds. They also like their root run to stay cool. Your photo looks as if the leaves are burning from the outside due to lack of water.
