Peaches Still Green

Norbert starts with ...
Prunus - Flowering Peach Low Chill. The fruit on it are still green. Other peach ( Peach - Florda prince) finished a couple of weeks ago. Is this what happens when not enough hours of chill?

Waterfall says...
I don't usually harvest my angel peaches until early January. Its better to not get all your peaches at once anyway.
