You do prune them in Winter when all the leaves dropped and only the branches that too low to the ground and too high to reach fruits just to tidy up to a nice shape.

Hi Saf, autumn or winter is ok. Be careful not to disturb the tap root - my plant tag said it can be difficult to establish with these guys.
I dug and prepared the hole first - then put in the whole plant (still in it's pot) and then cut the pot away with a stanley knife (worked a treat - but my tree was an advanced one)
It has established nicely and even fruited after 8 months - I should have removed the fruit tho' - it was much too heavy for a young tree and caused it to lean over.... :-(
