Pests on Lime plant

Sufyan starts with ...
Hi lately my lime plant have been affected by these white stuff. I have no idea if they are moving or just fixed in a position. Need help to identify the and if possible a way to eliminate them.

That is some form of scale. You can cure this with a product called white oil.

Scale is often introduced by ants which farm it for food on plants.
