Everton Park is a suburb of Brisbane. Is that where you want your plantation?

Pines grow well in Queensland. If fast-growing is your only criterion, plant pines. Radiata and ellioti will give you about 150mm of growth every time it rains. Very satisfying.

If you after high value timbers you need to provide more info.
