Raspberry Heritage question

Hello,

I just wanted to know if this is part of the raspberry plant or if it is a weed. I know it's probably an amateur question. But the leaves are amazingly similar and I thought maybe it grew from the root.
I have two raspberry heritage plants. One has these two growing from it and the other still has nothing.
I also want to know if the no grow one still has a chance? Or should I pull out and try again next year?

Thanks

Raspberries will send up suckers constantly, I started with 3 plants and had around 20 the following year.

You could do that or just have multiple plants in one pot. It would be easier to separate them in winter when dormant, to do it properly you would have to remove the soil around the roots first so you can separate them.
