Satsuma Plum Tree

I planted a 3 year old Satsuma Plum Tree last June. It was purchased from Daleys! It has been nurtured, fed and watered BUT all the leaves are curled. Is this normal or does it need to be sprayed with something?

Yes, it is a common problem with plums, apricots, peaches and nectarines. You needed to spray at bud swell with an appropriate fungicide like copper oxychloride or a Bordeaux type mixture. Not Daley's or your fault, just a common but curable fungus that affects the leaves.
