Seedless Valencia and Lime not fruiting (forum)

I planted 6 grafted fruit trees on the north eastern slope up here at Flaxton in Winter 2006. They get 6 or 7 hours full sun each day.The Meyer lemon and lemonade trees have their second crop on at present(quite heavy for small trees), but the Seedless Valencia has never flowered and Tahitian Limes have only flowered a little and then the fruit drop or don't come to anything;there are actually 2 tiny fruit that I can see at the moment. I've noticed the lemon and lemonade trees are quite spindly whereas the limes and oranges seem to put all their energy into leaf growth(very dense and look really healthy-but no fruit!) They have all received copious quantities of rain and I've fertilized them equally about every 3 months. What's wrong?

Thanks John. I put some pot ash on yesterdey and also blood and bone after reading some of the other information on this forum. I'll get some iron too. The trees are planted on a good slope in our beautiful free draining volcanic soil up here and we never get frosts. They are also protected from prevailing winds. I still can't understand why the limes and orange are having fruiting problems when the lemons and lemonade are fruiting so well (all planted about 5 metres apart).
