Starkrimson cherry tree

Does anyone have any info on the number of chill hours required for a starkrimson cherry tree?

Bought as a bare root tree, and it's had two winters in the ground. The soil is heavy clay. I've had flowers, but no fruit.

Do the 'chill' hours have to be during the day, or can it be overnight? I am thinking of trying the bag of ice trick.

KitW, there is a forum member Henry who also lives in Blacktown and has a Starkrimson. His fruited, but I think it took more than a couple of years to bear fruit.
It is also possible with current climate conditions that it may only fruit adequately every other year if Sydney has mild winters.
