Hi Can anyone help me to identify this unknown plant growing in a pool area in Perth?
Although there are many plants I am wondering only the plant with the stem and green fruit.

Thanks so much

It looks like a Crinum of some kind. Some are native to Australia and they are fairly easy to propagate from seed once it starts to split. Just don't bury it - half immerse the seed in the soil only. Some nice shades of pinks and whites.
