Hello

Could someone please identify the tree in the picture? The tree is quite large and growing in our backyard in Perth. The tree has started to grow fruit and the fruit really smells!

My children and I would like to know what it is?

Appears to be a Hawaiian type--which is a good one.

I'd prune the tree a little bit--take off a few feet of height and let it fill out.
