what mixing ratio

I would like to know how much copper something(forgot its name) in mils to a litre of water.
This is for a mango tree to keep the flowers on.I hope that sort of explains it

Wayne there are a few different copper based sprays... best to be sure about any chemicals you are using, what it is and how its used.
Sternus, no modern measuring cylinder has those gradations.

It's not difficult mathematics though really is it? If it's x ML per x liter then you just multiply by 2 1/5. Or do you mean that the bottle it come in doesn't say how much to use? The Yates blue copper does have dilution recommendations.

A measuring cup is like 1$ from a 1$ store...
