What type of sapote is this?? (forum)

Newcastle Nev starts with ...
Hi. We recently moved into a new house and have discovered a tree which bears fruit as per the attached picture. I believe it may be a black sapote. Internally it doesn't look like your beautifully shiny, seedless variety from the video, but perhaps it may be a seeded version. Any suugestions??

That is no black sapote.A green one from the tree,some leaves and a look at the seeds would help ID.It looks to have been picked a long time ago.
