will it ever fruit

Hi there
We bought a single Daleys Chocolate sapoate seedling tree from a local nursery around 3 years ago.
It is growing well and is currently around 6 ft tall.
We were wondering when we should expect the tree to flower / fruit??
Is there a chance that it would never fruit/flower being a 'seedling' as opposed to a grafted tre??
I am concerned that with all the care we are giving it, that there is a chance that it may never fruit.

Thanks

Oscar
