Yellowing of Citrus leaves

Hi all, can some one tell me what is wrong with my mandarin trees. I have planted these in pot plant in a sunny spot (facing north). the soil seems to be draining freely and there is no water build up. I have used a good potting mix, applied cow manure and chicken pallet fertilizer.

This is been going on for 4-5 month now. Initially i though it was Zinc and Manganese deficiency so i bought and applied Zinc and Manganese Chelate. no change yet .
I even though it could be alkaline soil, but again i've used a good quality potting mix.

I went back to bunnings and bough richgro garden Lime, yates copper chelate and yates trace elements. I dont want to apply these yet, but i like to get your opinion/ diagnosis of that is causing the yellowing in the mandarin trees.

refer attached photo of the leaves.
