Fungicides used Saprol, mangazeb and Coprox

All the tips of the leaves have gone brown and the plant looks poorly.  Could this be the result of the coprox fungicide burning tender leaves or is it over watering.  There are a few plants in pot that have similar problems.

Most likely - lychees are the only fruit tree i do not fertilize besides a bit of compost and worm castings.
