About My Edible Backyard

Why BFTsUrbanFarm1 Love's Edible Plants

North Facing on the rivers edge (salty) a mix between a garden and an urban farm.

Soil: sand over shell clay mix oversand, improved with organic matter and added sand.  biggest challenge in the soil is the old lawn sections.

Water always remains an issue in summer (we like mulch)
