Muscadine Grape - Noble

$99.00 ($17.75-$99.00 choose a size)

Most popular red muscadine grape for wine or juice production. It is self-fertile. Yields and disease resistance are high, and berry ripening is fairly uniform. Flavour is less musky than most muscadine grapes. Excellent fresh eating or good for wine making. Exclusive to Daleys this is a recently released Florida variety. They are vigorous vines and should not be planted where they can escape into native bushland, as they would quickly smother trees and shrubs around them.

Chinese Red Bayberry

$79.00 ($39.00-$79.00 choose a size)

Fruit is typically a deep, brilliant red, but may vary from white to purple. Flesh colour is similar to outer colour, or somewhat lighter. Flesh is sweet and tart with berry flavours. Single seeded. Besides eating fresh, the fruits may be dried, canned, soaked in liquor. The bayberry is an evergreen dioecious tree with separate male and female plants. Our seedlings are not sexed and it is recommended to grow at least 3 to be assured of at least one female.

Lychee - Red Ball

$79.00 ($79.00-$120.00 choose a size)

Fruits at a young age. Attractive large red fruit with relatively small seed. Excellent sweet flavour. Mid season, the fruits are about 40g in weight. Fast growing tree. Recently imported Chinese variety that will become more widely commercially planted.

Finger Lime - Pink Ice

$69.00 ($34.00-$149.00 choose a size)

A medium size shrub producing red to burgundy coloured fruits with clear or pink pearls of juice inside. The aroma of the fruits is similar to ruby grapefruit, and is perfect for cocktails and drinks, as well as cooking. Bears fruit from summer to autumn, with the fruits being ready to harvest when they come very easily off the branch without any effort. It is a great variety for growing in containers and in warm courtyards, and does best in full sun. Water thoroughly in spring and summer.

Lychee - No Mai Chi

$59.00

One of the most prized and desired varieties in the world and the leading variety in China. Large red fruits with small seeds, they have clean, dry fruits that are excellent for drying. The trees are harder to grow than other varieties and can be frustratingly slow but with extra care and nurturing they are well worth the effort for the quality of their fruits. Better suited to areas with cool winters. Late season.

Olive - Kalamata

$49.00 ($49.00-$49.00 choose a size)

Their fruit is juicy and sweet and have a unique torpedo shape and split in the skin. The most popular olive in Australia, they are ideal for use in cooking or as an olive to eat alone. Available seasonally as a grafted product as well as a cutting grown plant. Prefers cool winters and hot, dry summers. Suggested cross-pollinators are Frantoio and Koroneiki.
