They are deciduous plants that are dug up in Winter when dormant (no leaves) and then all the soil from their roots removed and they can easily be sent in the mail long distances without affecting them. You plant them out at your place in this dormant state and come Spring they will wake up and produce new shoots and leaves and fruit at your place.

You can add as many bare root plants together as you like. However you can not add potted plants which are ready now into a bare root order. Kindly create a separate order for these.
