It looks like your Avo is dying. The top part without leaves and the lower part all leaves are yellow. If I was you I will remove most of soils in the pot and replace it with a good potting mix without fertilizer. Give it a good drink and keep under the shade as summer is just round the conner. It may take year to recover. Cheers.
