Hi Guys, I was wondering is the Betel Nut Palm illegal or just the nuts and why??? please help i want to grow some as i use to chew it in PNG and can not find it here in aust

As far as I know it is not illegal , as there are hundreds of mature plants up here !! Lots sold at Rustys Market in Cairns when I used to go there . You may have a hard time growing it well down in Bundy , but its worth a try .
