Biloxi blueberries

Cobi starts with ...
I purchased a Biloxi blueberry from you a couple years back. This year I noticed quite a bit of die back and the leaves are getting slightly wrinkly and motley. I do trim it back after picking the blueberries. Can you shed some light on the problem and possible remedies, please.
