Black Sapote male only. Can I graft a female branch?

I have a chocolate sapote plant purchased from Daley's around ten years ago. It has grown into a very attractive tree, but only produces male flowers. I was wondering if it's possible to graft a female branch and have at least one branch that produces fruit. Given the size of the tree and location, that scenario is probably preferable to a fully productive tree anyway, but it would be nice to get some fruit now and then.

You can try grafting but I found it not very easy for black sapote. But are you sure the problem is male flowers? Black sapote does much better if cross pollinated with another variety.
