John Mc says... Yes you're on the right track Hayden. I bought two of the same batch they have there around 18 months ago. Both are flowering profusely ATM. Give them as much sun as you can. On really hot days, keep the water up otherwise the leaves will burn. I'm talking with personal experience here, and mine are both in the ground. Did you add some coarse river sand to your potting mix? You have to be careful with your watering otherwise. I know they like a lot of water, but I haven't had experience with them sitting in water such as in a pot of ordinary potting mix. The sand will help with drainage and minimise the perched water table in the pot. Did you see the advanced Rollinias there as well? They've got some good stuff there ATM. | About the Author JohnMc1 14th January 2011 8:15am #UserID: 2743 Posts: 2043 View All JohnMc1's Edible Fruit Trees |
