jakfruit etiquette says... Blue Quandong has thin flesh over the stone, not much to make jam with. They are pleasant to hold in your mouth till the flesh comes off the stone on a rainforest walk. Red Quandong are not related. Most have more flesh over the stone, and a great sour flavour to counter the sugar in jam.
