Brisbane suggestions for miniature fruit trees

AJAJ starts with ...
Planting a part shade front garden in Brisbane with fruit trees - some will be near concrete. Soil is quite loamy and the natural greenery in the suburb is leafy and Ferny. Which miniature fruit trees would be best?

You can also try the more hardy garcinias (Mexican, achacha, lemon drop, madruno), smaller jaboticaba like aureana, red, scarlet and most other Eugenia’s (Surinam cherry, rainforest plum, pitangatuba, cherry of the rio grande). The Brazilian guava Daley’s sells is also excellent but slow growing.
