alecjammers starts with ... I have a potted eureka lemon tree in western Australia. Last weekend I moved house and I noticed some leaves had suddenly turned brown. Now the fruit is turning brown on top. Could this be related to to moving the tree to a new location? Can the tree be saved? Please help!

maxzoo says... hi, maybe a few thoughts.. the pot looks really small, the tree is still quite small and twiggy also to possibly have such big fruit on it and haven't you been having super hot days in W.A so it looks like sunburn- dehydration etc- so i would probably get a bigger pot, give it some protection from the sun ( do you have somewhere with a breeze- away from the heat reflecting wall?) and pull off the fruit while it is stressed- i know its sad because they are close to ripening! goodluck, hope that helps | About the Author maxzoo LARNOOK,2480,NSW 12th February 2016 9:21pm #UserID: 9405 Posts: 42 View All maxzoo's Edible Fruit Trees |
