Can I grow passionfruit in a pot?

Hayden says... Ive grown passionfruit in pots and they seem fine as long as they get plenty of water and fertilizer. I often see them growing on balconies in high rise apartments. Emma starts with ... What size pot should I grow passionfruit vines in? Currently I have two seedlings in 40cm wide x 30cm deep pots, but passionfruit is so vigorous I imagine I'll need to move them eventualy. The heavy clay soil on our property means I do not want to plant them in the ground (learnt the hard way with other passion fruit vines). Any tips would be appreciated.
