Carob Clifford mature size

Carob trees get reasonably big and spreading with age.
Here is a fairly normal fairly old tree, 100 years ??
in Victoria, right behind the play equipment.

Not sure if Clifford is any more dwarf than other types, or if the grafting will change the growth pattern.
Not sure if it will rocket away in Fishery Falls ??
Many memories of swimming there!
Maybe the closest tropical tree would be Tamarind ??
