Dwarf apples trees

Jay starts with ...
Are the dwarf low chill apple trees suitable for the Dalby area? Hot summers (low 40’s last summer!) and some frost in winter (-6 at times but warms up nicely during the day).

I suspect they would be fine. Apples generally like, and for some varieties they need, a bit of chill in winter. You could also look at some varieties that need long hot summers like Sundowner or Lady Williams.
