BJ11 says... Dwarf citrus will grow well in a large pot, and with enough light they can grow indoors. Smaller pots will keep the plant smaller (but they may need re-potting and root trimming more regularly - essentially a giant bonsai). Use the absolute best soil you can afford - this may be a time where it is worth purchasing top notch mix. BUT ... you will NOT get fruit without pollination. This is typically done by bees outdoors.
