without seeing a photo which would help you possibly were away and let it dry out too much - Citrus have surface feeder roots that need to be moist in summer.

Hi Aldo

The most common causes of leaf drop in plants is underwatering or overwatering. Next is stress due to new environment. They are like us sometimes it takes time before they can settle in their new environment especially if they just came from the nursery. The onset of seasonal change can also trigger leaf loss among evergreen tress. At the moment I will rule out pests and diseases as you have not reported any abnormalities. Some of these issues you can't do anything except to take good care of your plant. Closely monitor the moisture of your shaddock if that is the cause other than that wait until it can adapt to its new ambiance.

Happy gardening :-)
